Festival Orkestra Kuala Lumpur

The Kuala Lumpur Orchestra Festival is hosted by Kuala Lumpur City Hall's and is aimed at celebrating music, promoting culture, supporting emerging talents, fostering creativity, offering educational opportunities, and boosting music tourism and the economy.

Apostate 感謝公主 (International Premiere)

Apostate is a collaboration between Approaching Theatre and Gang-a Tsui Theater, intertwining a classic Nanxi play from the Song Dynasty involving envoy Zhu Bian, who must marry his captor’s daughter, with a modern tale of a prisoner. Both protagonists confront personal dilemmas versus loyalty to family and State. This production also marks the return of Taiwan-based Malaysian director Koh Choon Eiow, an Asian Cultural Council grantee.
